This could be put into the Parrot Housing category but this seemed more appropriate here in Parrot product pros & cons.  Do your guys like them?  Do you like them?  Many of our guys love them but after a while you have to be on the lookout of them getting frayed from chewing etc.  This could get a toe caught and end up very bad!  I check them regularly and will trim down the loose threads for safety reasons instead of spending more $ on a new one.  Kito has chewed one down to the metal and it was time for a new one.  Just curious to hear others thought. :)

I got Asha one but she refused to climb up on it. She chewed the heck out of it, but would not climb on it.

It is one of Yoshi's fav perches actually.  I don't like the sisal because it seems so rough on the feet but I like the cotton.
Speaking of chewing them up, one of Zuri's fav toys are those Doggie rope bones that I ziptied outside her cage. (outside for supervision with it)  She has chewed one end off already and has pretty much taken about 3/4  of the other side.  Keeps her from chewing her rope perches so much.

If I was a bird, I would love boings!! But my birds don't, unfortunately. That doesn't stop me from buying them, though! I think I have 3 that are still in the wrapper. I bought them a couple weeks ago because they were on sale, and I'm keeping them until "that" bird comes along...  ;)

I bought one for Zimba and she was scared of it...oh the drama  ::) so I gave it to a client that has the green cheek conure that I watch, he loves it.
Ditty thats funny I gave zim one of those and she love it too, it is on top of her cages and she picks it up like a foot toy and she too has chewed the ends off a few. I get them at the dollar store.  AddEmoticons04239

The difference between kids and parrots is that it's funny when a parrot talks back.

Alot of my guys like them....Ernie, Cosmo, Harley, Tink....... I do have to agree though that the chew factor and the little strings that are produced from this can be a pain in the rear to keep trimmed.
