Rose and I take turns at everything, I get the morning feedings, Rose takes the afternoon and night time feedings.

All we can do is help Rockin to survive.

We can teach him her to forage, but for that to actually happen...will be up to Rockin...

Baby Robins leave there nest days before they actually fledge, both parents remain very close by there young, encourage the little one to hide in bushes and other places, they protect there little one the best they can when it comes to predators...

While the little one is grounded, they will teach him/her how to find food, the female will continue to feed her little one but only for a few more days after being grounded, within 3 days time, the little one will take flight and will be on his/her own.

The parents will not leave there young until the baby takes flight, then they will hang around for a few more days...

Then survival kicks in.

There's very little Rose and I can do other than assure he/she lives the life given to him/her while under our care, we can teach him/her how to forage but the real survival will have to be on Rockins behave...

Then the day of Bitter Sweet.....the time to say goodbye...
