We have a local gossip website in Oswego. I rarely go there, because they aren't the brightest bulbs, if you know what I mean. Well, I went there today after a couple weeks and saw someone had let their keet fly out the window on the 19th, got it back on the 20th, and then let it escape again today. I can't believe how stupid some people can be. Once is an accident, twice in a week is just plain braindead.  I am gonna take a ride up where it disappeared and see if I can see it. It supposedly will land on your shoulder. I'd love to find him, poor baby.
He is a little blue parakeet answers to the name of Twinkle.

“My brother and sister birds, you should praise your Creator and always love him: He gave you feathers for clothes, wings to fly and all other things that you need. It is God who made you noble among all creatures, making your home in thin, pure air. Without sowing or reaping, you receive God’s guidance and protection.”
St. Francis of Assissi

I hope you can find him. It sounds like he could use a more thoughtful owner.
