Baby could possibly be hormonal at the moment? This behaviour is very common in a hormonal bird  cry

I have a YC Amazon who is going through the same thing at the moment. He is also launching himself at the cage and trying to bite me at every opportunity.

If this is the case with Baby, it will pass after a while. While Codie is like this, I just let him do his own thing and steer clear of him if I can.
