 That is gorgeous!! But...$499.00?  Those Java perches like that are out of this world in price and to ship one is like going out to buy a new car!! 
Maybe when we all have a Buffalo Parrot member meeting convention one day we can plan on a group effort and make some of these to take home with each of us. But I bet after you finish a few Martinis George, Wendy & I throw a few Irish Creams back & who knows what the rest of the gang will partake, that much work will have transpired by the end of the convention. Could make for a very interesting design!  
Too funny George! Jerry could definitely put the Java limbs together, but I'm the artist/creative one that has done a little carving in my past. He makes the wooden boxes & gets a bit creative with them.  I dare say I would want my birds to touch those carved parrots. 
8ft would be touching my ceilings, my birds would make confetti of my ceiling tiles if they had a play perch that high.
