don't know a thing about zons. From what I read the double yellows have less blue plumage.   dknow

I am going with DYH based on the minimal red and yellow on the wing bends. Even immature magnas have a lot more red and yellow in these areas. What color are her thighs? Keep in mind that the subspecies Amazona oratrix magna originating from the eastern slope of Mexico is of questionable validity. "Magnas" are generally a product of selective breeding in captivity to promote larger size and more extensive coloration. Calling it a magna increases its price tag.

If the thighs were mostly or all yellow, she could be a magna, but since she is mostly green, I would say DYH. Regardless, she is beautiful and will continue to color up as she ages.

Boomer is definitely gorgeous!! That was a great find for you getting her from the same folks as Tequila. And such a beauty at that.

Love all the yellow on her head no matter what she officially is.  hugu
