They are in Tampa, FL on Busch Blvd. Dr. Lightfoot was WONDERFUL! She was very patient with Pipper and very gentle. Her knowledge was impressive and her "bedside manner" was excellent. However, I did NOT care for her co-vet that saw Pipper on a different visit. I do not know his name. He argued with me about how old Pipper was. The conversation went like this: "How old is Pipper?" Me:"13 months" Vet: "Where did you get that information from? This bird is older than that." Me: "No he is not! I hatched him." I almost grabbed Pipper and walked out except that he needed to be seen for a sinus infection. Dr. Lightfoot called me and spoke with me a few days after and I told her of my concerns. She said she would speak with him and to make all future appointments with her. I have had no other problems and I am very pleased with Dr. Lightfoot.

well... don't get me wrong birdlover76... but... there have been multiple posts on the other forum about people who have been there with less successful outcomes.  i don't know if u guys have ever seen them... you might want to check them out though.  i've never personally dealt with them (obviously ;) ) but when i saw the title i thought for sure it was going to be something bad.  i am GLAD!!!! it was a good post :)
