Very little research has been done on the dietary requirements of captive parrots, but there have been great strides in recent years. I found this article from the Australian Zoo Keeper's Association outlining nutritional requirements and some causalities of over and under dosing in research with captive cockatiels. They also have husbandry manuals for particular species I will link to in the appropriate subsection if everyone agrees the material is beneficial http://www.parrotsociety.org.au/articles/art_021.htm

I think so too! That would be great if you could post the link for each species.

Yep it's unanimous George. Link & post away. You can even add one to each species of parrots with species specific key info too.
Make anything like that a sticky too when you find things folks need to be able to find quickly to help them in keeping their birds healthier.
