Oh dear Wendy, I can see the funny though it could have been so different I have to confess though to covering up any damage caused by jasper, especially damage to tonys stuff. What?! Jasper? Nooooo it wasn't jasper Another is having a huge crush on my cousin, who reminded me of Elvis Presley. He is a couple of years older than me and used to come and stay in the summer hold or I'd com to his house. I was gutted when we got older and he didn't want to come and stay no more. Guess it was him growing up and all that

Never sweet Jasper, Julie!! Oh how I can relate to that one.
Aww too bad your cousin had to outgrow you. Does he still look like Elvis? And did you ever tell him about your crush?
Well I guess I will confess to covering up for Roscoe my youngest of the Catalina Macaw brothers. Back when I had his play perch close to my computer area I was busy hanging out on the internet. Jerry's newest computer sat on the other side of Roscoe's perch. So I'm very busy and out of my peripheral vision I see him reaching for something on Jerry's table. I yell Roscoe! ! He comes back up from his reach with a discerning look of, "What?"
I check to see what he was doing aND find he had chewed on Jerry's headphone wire, but not all the way through. Roscoe is watching me inspect it and I swear he was thinking out loud," Well since I done marked it, you should go ahead and give it to me!"
I moved his perch farther away from Jerry's table. He was asleep and didn't k ow it had been damaged. He doesn't use that computer very often. He has his old one he likes better. It was about a month later Jerry decided to watch a video on his new computer. He puts his headphones on and the exclaims, "Some %@&# dog has chewed the wires on my headphones!!" I sat there thinking do I give Roscoe up or let hI'm blame the dogs?" I remained quiet. He messed with them and got them to work and watched his video.
For awhile he cussed the fogs every time he went to use it. The fogs ignored him since they had nothing to admit to. Them about 3 months later I finally confessed it was Roscoe and it had been done for quite some time before he found it. Like usual he said, "Oh, Well it still works." So as long as he thought it was the dogs he had to complain. Once he found it to be Roscoe all was forgiven.
Men!! Go figure!!!!!

Oh fancy the dogs taking the blame, I suppose they had no choice poor souls, and Roscoe was forgiven anyway? Wish Tony was so forgiving but then we have no dogs I never told my cousin, but I'm sure he knew. He's lost the mop of hair like Elvis had but he is still damned good looking, shame he is married now. I don't see him often now but its funny that when I do I think back to those days and my heart skips a little beat. If ever anyone watches Coronation Street on UK TV he reminds me of the character Peter Barlow, if you want to look him up
