Last week I had the pleasure of meeting Darren and Marlene Kepner (founders of this forum) for lunch. In the picture (l-r) Darren Kepner, Marlene Truhn Kepner, George Reymann, and Doug Leary. A fabulous lunch at a truly Buffalonian eatery featuring Beef on Weck, Buffalo Wings, Buffalo Wing Soup, Fried Haddock, and more. Great people and a great time

Hi Terri:

I think they have about 15-16 birds. They had 18, but a few have passed on. They are great people. I am going to try to coax them on here once in a while

We did drive around looking at houses on the Sunday we were there. We saw a lot of houses we liked. We saw a lot of lots we liked. and we saw a lot of neighborhoods we liked. Now we need to find a house we like on a lot we like in a neighborhood we like. Yes, I am being difficult! We saw some houses that were "detached" but you couldn't even fit a garbage can between them let alone my big a$$

If we don't talk about it, it doesn't exist?

You should have come to Rome, big houses, much smaller cost, but 15 minutes outside the city taxes go way down. I imagine you like the bigger cities as opposed to smaller cities or country living. I wish you much luck in your new adventure.
