9/11 Heroes Remembered

I know it is a few days past the  9/11 remembrance for us folks here in the US, but I think we should be remembering the heroes for much longer than just a day. Especially the fallen heroes of that horrible day in the history of our country. I have much respect for the human heroes who saved many many lives, some of whom lost their own lives in the process.

This is a small 'Thanks Of Remembrance' to the furry four footed Heroes who helped their Human Heroes find the folks who could never have been found days after the initial searches without their help. Many of these humble heroes gave their lives to do this for folks they never met. And now 13 yrs later I can just guess that many of the Furry Heroes are no longer with us given age and other factors.

So I give the ones who are gone a Salute to their Bravery and Dedication to help those in need. And I feel comfort in knowing they are watching our country from 'Over The Rainbow Bridge'.
