Buttercup our Linnie appears to have injured her wing over night. We got her out today to find blood on her wing. It was dried. Should we put anything on it to help it heal?

Can you gently spread out her wing and check to see if she broke a blood feather?

Is Buttercup favoring her wing any such as, does it droop any or is it laying flat against her body like it should? If she had hurt it like in a fall or some other unknown way, she should be drooping it even just a tiny bit from any pain she may have. If it is laying flat and she doesn't act as if it is painful, it probably is just a blood feather or maybe a tiny prick she or something may have caused that is very minor.
I would say just keep a close euye on any change in it and if all is well tomorrow, it was a minor freak thing happened.

It's probably just a broken blood feather. Let it alone, don't encourage flying/flapping for about 24 more hours (usually 48 hours, but 24 have almost passed) just to give it a chance to form a good seal so that if it gets bumped it doesn't start bleeding again. she'll be fine!!
