My name is Lori and I was invited to post to Buffalo Parrot forums. I have a page on Facebook called Artful Digits. I am a Jamberry independent consultant. Right now I am holding a fundraiser to benefit the Parrot Outreach Society in Punta Gorda, FL. When you visit my link: URL http://artfuldigits.jamberrynails.net and make a purchase, 25% goes directly to Parrot Outreach Society. Please check it out.

Welcome to our flock here Lori!  hi5 Don't worry, we were all new to forum life at one time.   happyjack

You will be whizzing through the threads lickity split with just a little practice. Tell us more about you and if you are owned by any parrots. Nice gesture you are doing for parrots and I too will go check your FB page out.

OK Lori, I went to your Jamberry site and from watching the videos I came to the conclusion that your wraps will never work for me. They are for folks who actually have nails to put a wrap on.  cry My nails have always been thin weak and break or split at the base at the slightest bump. I can't use false nails either since my nail beds are so thin that if the place uses the electric sanding tool too deep it makes them very tender and painful. Plus the false ones will barely stay on for more than a few days. They will lift & come off and that is with going to a professional salon and having them put on at those high prices they mention in the videos.  sadboy3

So I'm guessing there is no hope for me to ever have nice nails at a price I would be willing to pay. dknow It was an interesting video and there are some super awesome wraps for folks who can use them!  thumb
