I only know two

Out of 12 parrots, I only know the birth date of two of my birds. Three of my parrots hatched here, but I forgot Jesse's. I just know he was born in 2006. Yellow Rose was born on my birthday (April 12) in 2008 (I believe) and her brother Tex was born two days later. Lucy has a band on her that states she was born in 1996 so we just use the date we got her as her birthday. July 3. So she will be 18 this year. Frankie was born in 2005 as we got him in February of 2006 when he was 8 months old. So that would put his birthday in June 2005. He's fixing to be 9! I didn't realize that! My baby boy is growing up.

That's all I know about my fids births, what about yours?

Codie was born on 25th September  I have no idea on Harry and Sally though!

i only have one hatchdate, my marley. he came from petco when he was 6months old. his hatchdate is 8-19-2008.

the rest? i have a vague idea on a year... at best. i usually add a year to their lives on the anniversary of their gotcha day.

skittles, when i got him in jan 2009 i was told he's " two or three"
ollie, when i got him in aug of 2010 i was told he's in his late 20's.
caleb, when i got him in jan of 2012 i was told he was ten.
and poor lil twiggy, i got her in sept of 2009 with no idea of an age. i know she's neither very old nor very young. other than that, its anyone's guess

Wow, Lucy 18 this year? Thats awesome!!

I dont know the exact hatchdates of most of my birdies....Norbert~Thomas we had to guess, within a month or so. He was just about three months old when we got him.  Oliver (my son) gave him the hatchdate of March 3rd. Norbie turned 9 this year.  Junior, we also had to guess....but we know we are close. He was just about 6-8 weeks old when we got him.  We chose February 19th for him. He just turned a year old.  Melon was about 3 years old when we got him, so we really have no idea of his hatchdate. We just picked the same day as Ben's birthday, LOL, June 25th. Melon will be 5 then, next month....or so we say.  wink wink.     Molly was hatched on November 13 and will be 4 years old this year. And, Minty hatched on May 29th, and is about to have her very first hatchday, next week!

jasper hatched on January 27th 2007. we brought her home when she was around 17 weeks from Melton Mowbray in Leicestershire. i think she was a little younger but still i think she is a happy, stable little bird and i love her to bits
