Thanks Deb, Sondra & Ditty. :twirl: That snuggle hut photo was a fluke. I tried some different setting on my camera and I forgot now which one, got up right on the cage bars and snapped it. I was blown away at the unusual back light effect. Maybe that was the setting I used? It was like 1:30 or something like that in the morning after I got her settled in her cage from the long day in Irving. She was ready to go to bed by then. I will see how my printer does with it and make a large photo of it.

Thanks Sapphire. Serita is a big snuggle bug. That girl literally leaps onto my hand and refuses to get off when I open her cage door. She loves to be out with us like Peta did. Mar calls her Serita Peta, so I'm changing her name to Serita Peta Lynae. Jerry told me today while he was holding her, "You're right, she's Peta reborn".

Yes Serita will willingly go right on his hand too. He loves her dearly. Funny he's a big guy, but he can't handle any larger bird than a GCC.

And thats after they give me the sweet utter wouldnt melt in their mouth I would love to hang out with you awhile come on. Mischievous little imps!! :bruce:

ya know we do canvas photos at work and that snuggle hut pic would be a PERFECT canvas pic. it truly is a magnificent shot.

What is a canvas pic Tozie? I'm not familiar with them. Since getting the digital cameras I don't take my photos anywhere to print them anymore. I do it from my own printer, so I am out of touch with what the professional printing places can do with them. I only wished I knew how I managed that shot and what setting I had the camera on.

a canvas looks like a true artist's photo, it makes it kinda look like it was painted. and they are really really nice. we've just gotten the machine that does 'em at work and they are VERY popular. the cost is about 1/3 of what the professional photo places charge. of course, if ya add the floating frame it increases the price substantially! lol! if you choose to do it, lemme know, there are coupon codes out there that'll save ya some money. link: http://photo.walgreens.com/walgreens/pdpwalldecors/type=photo_canvas?ext=goophoto_PLA_canvas_print_DP100508_pla&adtype=pla_with_promotion&kpid=DP100508&sst=cdb064a7-4edf-40ea-92c0-5d1781226eb8
