thanks. he's such a lil nut. he was having a blast that day playing and enjoying momma being in his bedroom with him... and trying to kill the evil shop vac hose.  roll

he keeps his wound covered and gets very indignant when i try to look at it. tho the bare patch on his chest is larger, the wound has been shrinking <crosses fingers> over the last month or so. i'm hoping that he's finally finding peace of mind... but he's done this to me before. so i'm trying not to get my hopes up. i keep his immune system strong with lots of vit A and C, which in turn gives him that deep pink to his feathers and hopefully helps his skin feel better.

Oh, he's gorgeous! I'm just now finding this forum. Maybe I can figure out who belongs to whom now.

He looks like he could keep you in stitches with his funny antics.

Awww, sweet darling Caleb!! I've always had a soft spot for that boy.  hugu And his wound looks so so much better than the first time I ever remember seeing photos of it. Hope he continues to heal inside & out. He is a happy boy now. And his color is super pink!! loveuk

thanks, yeah, caleb is my lil cuddle bug  loveuk loveuk i think if he got any pinker we'd have to change his species to 'dwarf flamingo'  dmblaf    his wound is still under there and big as ever. he still wont let it heal completely. he's let it get shallower tho. for a while there he had me worried cause he'd started making it deeper. i saw a couple new feathers coming in on his chest a couple days ago, we'll see if he lets 'em stay.
