Since I have my job now I have been saving for a WBC. I asked the same store I had tried to get Felix from if they would be able to help me to try again and hopefully actually be able to take the sweet bird home this time and they said they could. But now its been a week and all I can think about is this baby bird I have yet to meet! No one else seems to understand my anticipation but I knew that you peeps would get it.

Some time? I've wanted one for more than five years now haha. It was a white bellied caique that made me start to research and learn about pet parrots. Although I've loved birds for as long as I can remember ill never forget that first time feeling birdy love. White bellied caiques are my dream birds.

Oh Yes~Definitely understand what your feeling! Every parrot I have with the exception of the budgies, I had to wait a good while for them to come home. The waiting is the worst thing about owning these wonderful creatures. Right now I still have no idea how much longer it will be til Ruby Jewel will wean & get to come home.

My dream parrot has always been a macaw. A Green Wing macaw to be exact. I know how you feel to be eagerly anticipating the moment you get to hold & cuddle with your dream come true. Ru y Jewel will be my dream parrot  & I am anxious to meet her.

I'm sure it will be worse once I've actually met the bird. At the moment they still haven't found one for me.

It's only been about two weeks but ahhhhhhhhhh I want to meet my baby! First they have to find one for me though.

Awww, hope it doesn't take too long for them to find your baby for you. The waiting is maddening!

It wouldn't be so bad waiting for it to wean but just the fact that they haven't found one is driving me crazy. I'm thinking about making a trip to a bird store in CT.  :ugstpd:

They said that a lot of the breeders have boxers set up and fingers crossed.  The waiting is going to drive me mad. I think it won't hurt to contact other places.

I just got a message back from CT. They said they had babies hatching as we speak so it looks like its going to be at least 14 weeks before I can get my baby.

I'M FREAKING OUT. 
NH is taking to long, CT is too far away so I decided to look around elsewhere. And what do I find?....
A store in MA is hoping to get babies this mouth! Annnnnd wait for it....they are cheaper than any other place I have asked. Which means more fun things for the little guys house.  I'm so excited!!!!!!!! It's still going to be a little while until he/she can come home but at least I'll be able to meet him! I'm losing my mind here. Gotta go freak out some more now. IT'S FINALLY GONNA HAPPEN.
