Introducing.................!!!!!!!!!! TINKER UPDATE~

Brutus and Spartan..and company!!!   :party: :party:
We were finally able to get over to meet the boys!!! and they were old enough to hold and their eyes starting to open   I also got pics of mom, pop and sister.  Forewarning....they will not look like Z, but the sister does.  I was bummed at first but in a way even though no one would ever look the same it may be better they are a total diff color.  They are sweet little bundles and I hope will have some kind of tell tale signs to tell them a part but if moms can do it with twins so can we!  They are 16 days old....the parents are both champions too.
  Something terrible happened while we were there.....Anne had put everyone back into the doggie room and all of a sudden we heard the most high pitched awful crying....the pups are fine but Tinker...a sweet little gal from the previous litter broke her leg!!!!!!!!!!! :cstars:   I helped as much as I could while she got her leg wrapped up, some ice and a little pain relief.  She fell asleep in her arms while we were doing our paperwork and she getting a hold of a vet to do an er call.  It broke my heart and she was supposed to be in a show in a few weeks!!!!

So here we all are!!!!   A little piece of Z's bloodline!!!!  :pray:

  Yep they are both ours and will come home anytime after Feb 14th!!!!!!!! of course as long as everything is a-ok.  We've had the names picked out a while now for them! 
Momma took a huge leap right into my lap while I was holding sister and she just got comfy as could be and sat with me.
Thank god Anne has been doing this 15+ years and acted quickly when Tinker got hurt!  It was heartbreaking, she was in such pain, I teared up and then just helped as much as I could.  She is in good hands 
It was nice seeing the dogs young and in their prime...I got to see them jump like pogo sticks like Z always did and missed seeing that!!

I am soooooo HAPPY that ya'll are getting both!!!~~~ :party: I personally think as for right now Brutus has that look in his face like he's gonna' be a Z Dog type. Of course they change so much in the next few weeks of growing. :twirl:

Does Anne know how Tinker broke her leg, I mean what was she doing to cause it?  I do hope Tinker darling will mend ok & go on the become a champion like her parents.

oh congrats!! what a great new beginning for a new year! they are absolutely adorable!! i cant wait to see them grow up and hear how they turn out.

The only thing that could have happened to Tinker was she got her leg caught in the cage...something like that...we did not go into the doggie room but there was nothing else in there to have caused it.  I will call in a few days to check on her
Anne thinks one (Brut/Spart) may be a little lighter in color....and she says one is longer and one has a longer head...yeah right! I thought but we will work it out and I know they will look so much different soon.  I am hoping to make another trip there before they come home!

Yeah, Tinker's leg did not look good and the noise that came outta her!  :deer:  She is in good hands though.  Man, I want me boys and I want them now!!!    I am so happy and cannot wait.  Was great spending the day with Zeus's relatives

I just called Anne....Tink broke her leg in 2 spots   I think she said they could not pin it but put a plate in but there were no guarantees it would work (and HIGHLY $$$) so she opted to cast it.  If it does not heal properly they may have to amputate.  She was just in tears....over maybe never seeing her baby prance...she said she had a beautiful prance and gait.  Did my best to console her and telling her she will prance just as beautiful just different.  She is so torn up as any of us would be but I am glad I called to check on her.  She is at least more comfy and with her momma 
Please say a prayer for little Tinker...and her momma!  :pray:
