Great pics of Cocoa! I love seeing Cocoa, he is the luckiest bird in the world I think. He gets to go to so many beautiful places. And such a ham, he does look good in pictures.

I am pretty busy with my newly hatched tiels. My Lutino pair keeps on laying and hatching eggs but refuse to feed their babies. 3 died so far. Luckily Audi and Opel are kind hearted. They adopted the abandoned fids and 3 of them are growing up very well. Another egg hatched yesterday. This poor baby was abandoned too. The baby looked half dead when my sis in law brought it to us. I left it with Audi and Opel yesterday night. What a relief when I checked the baby was alive this early morning.

Awww, isn't it wonderful that even in the animal world there are foster parents. Can't wait to see pics of the babies. I remember last season's babies with Mohawks for feathers.

Keep letting your lutinos try. If they are young and inexperienced, you might have to foster for a few more years, but more often than not it will click with them that they have to feed the babies

The newly hatched died a couple hours ago. Its crop was empty. The lutino pair managed to raise a chick but rejected the rest later. Don't know why? The hen laid a few more eggs again.
