Of course I am very biased  since green wing macaws are my most fav. I am still looking for the one that wants to join my flock. It is out there and we will meet when the time is right.

Awww, Thank You everybody!!!

He definatley OWNS the key to my heart that is for sure.

He is calmer when a camera isnt in his face, but then again. He is a HAM.

Yesterday I saw a long peice of sheathing on one of his new tail feathers, it was begging me to pull it off.
Let me back up- when I get frustrated with things I growl (something I borrowed from Tozie and SKittles)

I went to tug on it and it wouldnt dis-engage- Charlie looks at me just as still as ever while Im working on it and Growls- in frustration.
Of course I melt, we smile and I got it to come loose and it was 1/2 the length of a straw- looked like one too.

Its really amazing to have such an Intiment relatonship with an Animal that belongs in South America
