Apple wood smoked 6, 1 pound burgers today slow and low for 3 hours.  Used Condensed French onion soup, Beef Consomme, minced onion, black pepper, paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, a little oil to maintain moistness and periodically sprayed with beef broth.

 dinner Mighty tasty burgers although one can easily make 2 burgers they are so thick!

I don't eat smoled anything, especially if it's got fruit flavouring added to it. I don't do orange duck, lime chicken, or any of that other stuff. I also don't mix my foods, looking at the bowls that KFC sells reminds me way too much of "second hand food". I rarely eat stew because the food is all mixed together............urp!  bugeye

Now may I PLEASE have some Saltines!   smile3

HEY, I'M OLD!!!   :oldg:   headhammer   Sometimes my eyes don't work too good.  BTW, SMOLED is -  smoked = moldy, which is what smoled anything tastes like to me.

honestly they look pretty decent, but i prefer just salt, pepper, and garlic powder on/in my burgers ... when i eat any at all. i only get the desire for a burger bout once a year or so.
