Dad gets some smoked swiss where it has the smoke going through the cheese...vs how some are just on the outside...he be a cheese freak!  We got some maple bacon cheese that was to die for!

It is legal to brand a cheese as smoked if a cheese factory puffs a tiny bit of liquid smoke into the package.  Garbage, junk.  Luckily we have an awesome cheese co not far from Buffalo.  Yancey's Fancy  :party:  I do not have a cold smoker so cannot do cheese.  If I did, oh boy!
