Lemme doctor up some of those delicious cheese curds, I'll do two different kinds. Let's see, for the fisrt batch I do olive oil, garlic, garlic powder, and parm cheese. The next batch will be HOT!!, Olive oil, hot crushed pepper, black olives, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder (just a bit of onion powder, and just to shake things up sliced pepperoni. I LOVE CHEESE CURD!!   dinner
 Thanks B'Fids!

No sense in trying cheese curds unless you have them shipped in from WI. But if ever you get the chance just try them. They are amazing fried but very good fresh as well.

Beer battered goodness!

It really boggles my mind that there are people who have not had them or even heard of them. I never realized that they were not a world wide treat until about last year! I thought you could go to any fair or restaurant and have them...cheese curds are a staple food in WI...wash them down with a beer and a brat and you have a perfect meal.

We have awesome cheese curds here!  handshappy  The best are from the 1000 Island area and are super "squeaky"!...D won't even go near them!  slaph
The only thing I can think of in consistency to compare it with is mozzarella...and they have many different flavored ones too!  dinner
