...*chuckling* "....toxic waste....... I am glad he at least can make heads or pinfeathers of it,  pullhair  i got dizzy READING it.  the only way the NY vet could approve them is to fly to Fl and look at them.  maybe the NY vet looking at the FL vet records via fax will be enough?
