HW and I were playing copy cat, he was talking and such and I was copying so here is a little vid of him...

You can hear Zuri in the background say , comere, come, then she whispers whatcha doing........

I was sitting here in the dark watching this, hadn't gotten the birds up yet. But as soon as HW says 'hello?' i hear from under skittles' cover a sweet little 'hello?' just as quiet as can be. And as HW says it more skittles gets louder and louder...
I love to hear 'em talk. Macaws all have such expression, okay they all do but mac's are just different somehow.    anyway, i love how they can take one word like 'hello' and change the tone and cadence of how they say it and it ends up seeming to be like 10 different words.    skittles will say hello? he-looo! HE-loo?? he-LOOOOOO??? i loved hearing  HW do it too. it's just tooo cute. and his little aawwww just melted me. 

Ditty i do the same thing with all my fids. i will repeat after them. It was how i first got to know skittles. we'd sit for HOURS across the room from each other and i'd repeat after him.

I loved listening to all the voices. Gideon on the other hand Went to door, sniffed around the edges, gave a few barks, cocked his head...waited...went to the window, looked out...gave a tiny growlie...waited...came to the computer...sniffed and nose soaked my screen....

I love how they say the same thing with diff inflections like Tozie said, I love higgies reaction!!! he could hear the voices, recognized them as people conversing and couldn't figure out why he could not see them? he picked "where are they?" THAT IS AWESOME!
