So.... this morning my sister stops by after going to the gym wearing her cute little shorts and a sports bra. As I'm making coffee for us, she says "What a beautiful bird, what's its name?" So I tell her that her name is Lola. I hear her trying to coax Lola onto her arm, I yell out a warning that Lola is not particularly fond of women. She comes around the corner proudly with Lola on her arm and says "nonsense, she got up just fine for me" and gave her a scritch on the head. At that point Lola spins around and latches on to the closest body part (Upper left feminine part). Sister shrieks "She bit my tit! Get her off me! She won't let go!". Lola, with a beak full of girl parts lets out a wicked chuckle until I remove her, at which time she makes a frustrated chirp/shriek. I guess my sister won't be coming by for coffee anymore :oopse5:

Can't say you didn't warn her.  Maybe Lola was just checking to see if they were real? smile3

Oh my, I'm sorry about laughing, but Ditty got me going!

Hope your sister is OK, we know Lola enjoyed herself.

I did try to put a positive spin on it by saying "if you ever thought of getting a piercing, think of how much money you just saved!"

What is it with the fids this week???? Rodney nailed my finger last night after being NICE!!!!

A little girl from upstairs in our apt complex came over to see the birds. She fell in love with Flicka, who seems to REFUSE to bite no matter what. But then she wanted to hold Rodney. I went to go pick him up, and there went his "Evil Eyes", and i told her "Im sorry sweety, but he isnt in a very good mood. I think he wants to bite" And she thankfully respected that.

I tell you what though. She was holding Flicka, kissing her etc, and then told her mom "Momma, I wanna 'nother bird!" She used to have a parakeet i guess.  loveuk

Mar. you crack me up!! laugh I'd be wondering who Lola was too...in my home!  :deer:

I can just see my highly religious, 66 year old sister who ain't got no tattoos like me or extra piercings come ditty boppin' into my house in tight "cute" little shorts and a sports bra!!!! laugh laffhrd

I'm afraid if she did that. I'd be laughing so hard I'd never get to the bird holding event.  2funny2 dmblaf

BilboMisty, I think they have all been taken over by alien birds & are out ta' destroy us.  lol Seriously, they all seem to be over exuberant with the attitude now. Must be the summertime love potions stirring in the air.  roll

Mikey, all I gotta' say is...when ya' get your bird, don't hold it with your shirt off...just saying... oh dknow laugh
