I feel for ya' Ditty.  hugu

I've never owned a powerful dog like Isis, but I have had to let go of some I loved & couldn't keep. That was when I was still a girl at home & my Mom made me give them up for various reasons, but it still hurts to think about it no matter the reason behind it.  sadboy3

I so understand your guilt feeling about not knowing what she might encounter once she is in her new permanent home. To us animal folks, it is so much like giving up a child to adoption. And I am here to give you a hug & shoulder to lean on.  grouphug hugu

cwy  I am so sorry that this had to happen this way, hon.  (Just reading all these posts is making me cry with you.)

That she is back with her breeder IS a good thing.  I hope they place her in a home where she is the only dog.  I don't know much about dogs but I think that would be best for her.

You will get through this and please stop beating yourself up about it.    hugu

(PS-I hope MJ is healing and doing well.)
