 How ya'll doin'? Well, ahh guess ahh should introduce mahh self. I am Miss Leyla Belle La Rue Longhorn, ahmm just a little ol' sweeet southern gal...parrot that is. Ahmm told that mahh official title is an Eclectus parrot, whatever. I just know that ahmm just the purtiest little gal what evahh flew in ta' this li'l ol' place!  :twirl: OK, I am a bit more educated and I can talk with a little less southern syrupy accent when I want to.

 I was born someplace in the tip of Texas and I just got adopted by my new Mom a short while ago. She took me to her home someplace far away from my old home, but she says we still live in Texas.  

 I'm still trying to figure that cat out. She's alright ahh guess, but she just doesn't understand me. She just doesn't realize a southern gal like me has special needs. Like, ahh needs a fancier place, a nicer place to powder mahh beak and only the finest cuisine will do for me, Miss Leyla Belle!   Ahh should have at least 3 parrots at my beck & call. Instead, I have to feed mahh little ol' self and I could break a nail. Oh, what is a sweet southern gal like me ta' do?!!  

Well, ahh gotta' go. It's early an ahh need ta' get mahh beauty sleep. Can't be too beautiful in this li'l ol' world, now can we?   Ya'll take care an ya'll come back now, ya' hear!

Well, Howdy Howdy Mistah AdminBP!  

Mama tells me you are tha' boss round here an I gots ta' be real nice to ya'. Guess ahhh better go make shore mahh eyelashes have nuff mascara on 'em so's ahh can flutter them real purty like should we get ta' meet.  

Mama wuznt home much taday so's ahh didn't get ta' do nuthin' fun nor inythang! Ahhh do declare those macaw boys Mama says are mahhh brothers...whatever... are tha noisiest bunch o' hooligans Mama coulda ever picked up! Why they are all up in mahh bizniss an callin' me names an ahhh just can't have any privacy with them around mahh house. Mama says they're just tryin' ta' get ta' know me an are just a couple o' sweeet boys, but Mama don't see or hear them like ahhh does when she ain't home.  :somad: Ahhhm just glad they are way over on tha other side an ahh don't havta' share mahh powder room with 'em.  

Ahhh better go for now, Mama says ahhh can only have a few minutes ta' write an that ahh gotta' keep doin' good with mahh lessons if ahh wanna' keep bloggin'. Well, them macaw boys shore don't get ta' blog!! HAHA....

Howdy Ya'll. It's me Miss Leyla Belle La Rue Longhorn here again...finally!! Did ya'll miss me? 

Mahh Mama wouldn't let me use her computer for the longest ahh would imagine! She can be just so difficult ta' live with sometimes.  :somad:

My Mama just doesn't understand me. She says Ahhh gotta' learn ta' wait for thangs and not ta' be so impatient an want what I want like...yesterday!  Whatevah...

Well Ahhh do declare it was sooo hot in mahh house yesterday. And mahh Mama turned out mahh light an it wasn't bed time, not even close to it!!  Mama said she didn't do it an that it was because the lectricity went out, but ahh think Mama is just tellin' me this ta' shut me up. 

I just know the lectricity an mahh lights were out for 3 hrs. an those macaw boys were laughin' at me when I complained that mahh nail polish was gonna' melt if Mama didn't get that cooler back on.

Well, bless mahh Mama's heart she did get the hand sprayer an gave me a shower. That did cool mahh pretty feathers a bit an then she opened both doors ta' get a breeze comin' through. Those macaw boys were acting like some kind o' fools after their shower. They were hanging upside down & carrying on like nobody's business. Ahh do declare I am gonna' one day sneak over there & turn them loose. Then ahhm gonna' open the door an let them out. 

Ahhh gotta' go, mahh Mama just said ahhh need ta' get mahh beauty sleep an ahhh shore don't want ta' get no wrinkles in mahh pretty face. Ahhhm gonna' be discovered one day an ya'll can tell your friends when ya' see me on the big screen that ya'll  once knew me.

why 'ello there,i am sidne.. thats pronouced sid knee in case your southern belle'ness couldnt figure it out :) i be from a place far up north from you in good ol' wesconsen. my mama calls me a normal green quaker parrot,but we all know i am far from normal,i am extrordinary :) that sure stinks you have them there loud macaw brothers,i have a very loud conure brother and a strange and loud conure sister. she to acts a fool after a bath. she hangs upside down like a bath then starts doing this wacky dance 
well my mama caught me on the computer again  :oopse5:  better go back to bed and read my human talk magazine i secretly ordered off how-to-read-your-human.com

Ahhh Do Declare, it gets harder & harder ta' sneak out & visit with mahh good friends out here in BP land.  

Those darn poodles of mahh Mama's tell on li'l ol me ever time ahhh tries ta' get out & come on over here.
 If'in ahh could, ahhh'd let dem' scrawny arsed poor excuse for a featherless dawg right outta' that yard mahh Mama says ahh can't go in ta'.

Oh, I do wished mahh new friend sidne jean would come back an talk ta' me for awhile. Ahhh just have no one here what understands mahh need for a li'l girlie talk.
Ahhh tried ta' talk ta' that funny lookin' li'l bird mahh Mama says is a Peta...whatever... She so much as told me ta' get the...Oh, ahhh just can't repeat what that li'l huzzy said ta' me. :somad:

Ahhh even tried ta' talk to my obnoxious brothas' & thay have learned some language that mahh Mama would NOT like ta' hear! I do declare, ahhh don't know where thay come up with such, but I know what ahhm gonna' call dem darn poodles next time they tell on me.

The other day mahh brotha' Roscoe was being all nice an sweeet an tellin' mahh li'l ol self what ta' come on over ta' his cage & play. Well, I wuzn't born yesterday, but ahhh so wanted ta' see what it wuz like in that big ol cage o' his. Well, ahhh so much as got ta' his door an mahh Mama saw me an why ahhh do declare she threw a hissy wall eyed fit. She wuz a carryin' on like ahhh'd robbed a bank or sumptin'. An all the time those mac brotha's 'o mine wuz laughin' at mahh lil ol self.   Well Bless Their Heart if'in ahhh ever figure out how ta' let dem dawgs out, dem laughin'  feathered hyeeenas are goin' with 'em!!

Hi how ya'll  been doin? Why ahhh never in a Million. Years thought we'd have us a funny soundin bird like a Cockatoo or sumptin like that coming to our home soon. Mahh Mama said I was ta have a new little brother an I done told her ahhh didn't need no more o them noisy  critters round here. I already don't get no privacy when I'm in my bathroom nor nuthin!

Ahhh already got a sister right next ta me an she can shore argue a lot. Why I do declare I ain't never heard such catawalling from one big ugly red feathered crybaby as this sista Ruby Jewel!

Ahhh just don't think I'm gonna like havin a Cockitoot in tha house too. Ahhh swear my Mama has done gone & lost her mind. Ahhh just don't know what took hold of her.
