Big boy burgers

Slow smoked 7, 1lb burgers for 2 hours today. Wow!!! :party:  Mixed the burgers with canned french onion soup, pepper, onion, and garlic powder. Slow cooked/smoked whith hickory while periodically spraying them with beef broth.  Then topped with provolone cheese.  Big, tender, and earthy.  I am really liking this smokin stuff I tell ya.  No pics, me forgot  :silence:  Just thought I'd share.. ashamed

man I am jealous, the one burger I had was kinda dry :(  I am not an onion person, but the description of the moist and meaty parts were, well..  droolon2  me want.  :deer:
