Fresh polish sausage rubbed with my spices and then slow smoked, homemade dill potato salad, hand shredded and hand sauced homemade coleslaw, corn, and baked beans.  Was awesome!!!

Me and my x bro in law will be doing a slow smoked beef brisket soon, and we also wanna do a whole small hog.  It's just trying to convince the families about the hog dknow

no not scared but I am Polish and Polish injected so I get enough Polish Keilbasa around here.   smile3
