we sell those at the store. they seem to be good. ceramic is tried and true. but i have to wonder how they got the ceramic surface to bond to the metal of the pan.  dknow

its certainly a great substitute for those who just HAVE To have non stick.  thumb

I wouldn't mind trying one if they are safe.  I will have to look at our Walgreens.  I can't fry something on Stainless worth a poop! They prob have a way of firing the ceramic onto the metal...well that's my guess  :twirl: dknow

I have seen em too, supposedly no fumes are emited like teflon and you can go to a higher heat with the ceramic ones too.

I have gotten some ceramic non-stick pans.  Not this brand, but the ones i got said they were PTFE and PFOA safe.  And they really don't stick.  It is amazing.  The are BETTER than non-stick teflon.  Nothing sticks to them.  I really really like them. :heartu:   And they are so easy to clean.   I like non'stick, so I was glad to find these!   smile3

:oopse5:  Sorry I didn't respond earlier....oops, i have been very busy this week.  Some we got at our local grocery store are aeternum contemporary cooking.  These are 10" frying pans.  The other set of three I got from Brylane Home.  There is no name on the pan but here is the link.   http://www.brylanehome.com/decor/Set-of-3-Ceramic-Fry-Pans.aspx?PfId=313987&DeptId=15208&ProductTypeId=1
I really love them.  We are very happy with both of these products.    They are better then Teflon in lots of ways, but cleaning them is sooooo easy.
