Lent has become a tradition for my x bro in law and me.  It has fallen when his Wife and our kids are usually in Florida, such as this year. thumb  Tomorrow just like last year we will be hangin out and cooking a massive Buffalo tavern style fish fry.  We found a good place that has haddock fillets on sale too.  It will be beer battered haddock, homemade slaw, with homemade macaroni salad.  I SOOoo can't wait! dinner dinner  I will take pics if I remember   Last years was the best fish fry I have ever eaten, bought or made  clap

Turned out awesome!  Homemade slaw, tuna macaroni salad, baked potato, beer battered haddock, and homemade tarter sauce.  Sorry the pics sucks.  Took em from my cell phone.
