So I wanted cheese, chicken, Mexican............. thinkin3

Came up with something out of thin air..........

Pre heat oven to 350
package of boneless chicken breast cut into bite sized pieces
small container of sour cream
2 packages of taco cheese
bag of Doritos or Tostitos ( I used Tostitos)
1 Can of condensed cream of chicken soup
3 small hot peppers (jalapenos, or chilis) chopped
minced garlic
1 stick of butter
seasonings for chicken (whatever you use)
hot pepper flakes (optional)
1 jar of Salsa
half jar of Taco seasoning

Cook minced garlic in butter, add bite size chicken, add seasonings to chicken, add half of taco seasoning, add half of the diced peppers, add hot pepper flakes . Cook chicken until well done. When cooked drain off butter.
In a large bowl combine 1 package of taco cheese, sour cream, salsa, soup, add 1/3 of a can of water, add remaining taco seasoning, add remaining peppers, mix well. Add chicken.

Crumble half a bag of Doritos or Tostitos. In a casserole dish sprinkle enough crumbled chips to cover bottom, add half of chicken mixture, add some more cheese from second package, add more crumbled chips, add rest of chicken mixture, more chips and top with more cheese. Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes. Uncover and cook until cheese is bubbley. Let set about 15 minutes and serve.
