Artichoke = GOOD (just take the prickly tips off!)

Avocado + BAD

Spread Almond Butter in between the leaves and roll in almond bits, seed, pellets, apple, bananas, carrots, or whatever you like!

lol I got avacado and artichoke mixed up too!  dmblaf  i get to the store and go "which one again?"  slaph  I totally blank under pressure.  smile3

I had a feeling you mixed them up. It's easy for me to remember because you use Avocado to make guacamole - nasty green paste
