Sorry, but there is absolutely NO WAY I'm gonna BOIL a meat ball!!! Mine are made the same EXCEPT I add fresh spices and then cooked in the oven on a cookie sheet at 350, then added to the perfectly cooked  sauce.

we boil our meatballs,i boil steaks,chicken,fish basically any type of meat. most people things its gross but its much healthier for you actually

I am kinda with Sondra here.  I made the balls pretty much the way it was here but I baked them uncovered with a little sauce on them.  That was the only difference.  I do wanna try em sauteed in a small amount of sauce down the road.
