Wish I would have come across this sooner but I think it is cute anyhow.  Icicle ornies made from Plastic soda bottles...candle/flame involved...not sure on fumes?

I'm gonna start saving clear plastic bottles! I'm gonna make some all year so I can do the porch and string lights up behind them for next Christmas!

Ok so the first person to make on has to share a pic!  I have quite a collection of bottles I can use...practice on...hopefully they will turn out cool!
