sadboy3  well, i froze a handfull about a week ago, defrosted them this morn. the came out slightly mushy. they lost that fresh 'crunch' that marley seems to like. and they ended up in the bottom of the cage mostly uneaten. So i'm thinking marley doesnt like 'em. i will probably still freeze a package or two, they will still be good to add to birdie bread. Most of the dried fruits have added sulfites. not too sure if that is good or bad, but i'd much rather keep things as natural as possible for the fiddies' food.

not a bad thought, but only ollie will eat cold stuff. the rest of 'em dont like cold stuff. even ice cream, they wait til it melts and gets room temp before they'll touch it.  oh well, not a big deal.  dknow

I bought the cranberries and tried them with the fids.  Yoshi and Zuri loved em, HW took it in his beak, and i said Is it Good?  Then he tossed it at me.  hardlaf  MMMkay I am guessing that was a NO?!

BTW Toz the package I bought has on the right corner, buy 2 freeze one.
