For the last few years I have made New England Boiled Dinner for Halloween.  I know I do this (Corned Beef and Cabbage) every St. Patrick's Day but this is a tad different.  I could not wait till Monday and it is now on the stove dinner  Needs 3 more hours though sadboy3

-Daisy Ham (smoked pork shoulder butt)

-Corned beef brisket

-pickling spices

-Carrots, rutabagas, parsnips, cabbage, sweet onions, turnips and potatoes
It smells in here that of

The meat is on the bottom and I refuse to alter my cooking method for a photo as it needs another 3 hours

Zeus threatening me for some of this and quite frankly is in the Halloween spirit dknow
