I think its the lighting D. Talon is that dark too in person.

face shape, eye size, size difference in the white patch of skin around the eye, body type (short and squatty, lean, solid and beefy, small and petite), foot color.

this is the only species i can do it with, but i see very big differences in their head shapes, roundness, eyes, beak shape, posture, and general body girth.  obviously there is the color attribute too, but really their faces all seem different in certain ways. 

and d, there is definitely some color difference.  i know what you mean about chico.  my friend cindy and her daughter have 4 green cheeks, two apiece.  and when i go over there i always comment on how dark baby is compared to the others.  all his colors are more brilliant, green, blue, and red.  Tumbler has some good color on her, but she isn't nearly as rich as baby is.  i think its just a different line.  maybe a more southerly origin in the wild than most.  i'm not sure exactly.
