Hi Dave  "hello2"

Its lovely to see you here! Had a good Christmas and hope you did too!

Davina and Scooby are beautiful as ever!

As Nakia already said, we don't really come over here anymore as FB has taken over forums in a big way! Thank you for popping in to see us though  smile3 smile3

Hi Dave, Davina & Scooby. Good to hear from ya'll. The blue macaw kids are looking great I see.  It's  been a good while since any of uver here have been on. Not much goes on here anymore.

Christmas  was good for me & my flock & wolf pack.  Spent it home with hubby, my work cycle fell where I had Christmas off this year.

Hope to see more of your beautifu bluel kids, Dave.  :bounce:

Hi Mienders, I can't  help you any either with breeding questions. I have never dealt with breeding parrots, so no first hand experience.  By now I'm  sure they have hatched and grown a full set of of feathers.  Yes like jules said, please post pics of them. They must be beautiful with those parents.

Hi and welcome from me and the grey birdies :)

I guess it's a game of wait and see, but with those colours they will be beautiful. Can you post some photos of them please? I bet they're so cute  hugu

I'm afraid im one of those Facebook addicts, I must admit it is addictive for some unknown reason. Im a member of a few groups there, one of which is very nice, a parrot group, no *bleep*ing or fighting. The others are for the village where I grew up and the school I went to. I mostly stick to those. Other bird groups seem to think some folk are gods and have to run everything by them, so it puts me off of joining in  :cry

I ought to have a break and log in to my forums more  kiss2

Thankyou De, we all go to a parrot club once a month and we sang happy birthday for him. I bought him a babble ball and he loves it  thumb

If anyone of you have any suggestions on how we can get the forum hopping with enthusiasm again (as De'Andrea has said) we are all ears  thumb

Sadly, it seems that FB has taken over forums in a big way  :cry1:

Yep, we all seem to be slowing up on coming over to the real forums like this one. I know I have not been on in a really long while. You did join a few yrs before me.

I joined here in Jan of 2012, by the end of that yr Darren & Mar the founders of this forum had decided to give it back to the domain owner who liked the place & kept it as a forum with no real moderating. In 2014 Wendy, Debra & I asked Darren if we could try to make a go of it and took over the admin part of running it. We tried to keep posts up, but life does get in the way. We were not able to get a lot of activity back on here and really don't know what it would take for forums like this to be hopping with enthusiasm anymore.  :ashmd: sadboy3
