(as i was blowing on it to cool it, he jumped on my shoulder, fixed one little eye on me, and tried to pierce my nose! apparently he felt i was taking too long to give it to him. so he is enjoying it in solitary confinement. ) twiggy looked at it suspiciously for about 3 minutes and then dived right in. skittles pretended to eat it saying "mmmm, good" over and over. finally i gave her a spoonful and she stuck her tongue out the side of her beak and barely touched it. still saying "mmmm, good" over and over. she ate a little more and is now eating her grapes. she did decide the leftover oatmeal was no longer allowed in her bowl and threw it. oh, and the dog loves it too! as they drop pieces here and there he's running around licking the floor! :dmblaf:
