Title: Dudes, My Hemp seeds came! Post by: BuffaloParrot on December 29, 2009, 04:02:41 pm Just got my two 1lb bags of Hemp seeds from Nuts Online! 2 total 1 lb bags plus shipping for like $10-$11 bucks afro.gif This was shipped really fast too. Besides Harmonyhousefoods.com I will be getting my other stuff from Nuts Online! The flock is loving it as we haven't had it for a while. Though a little high in fat is well worth a snack a few times a week. Very nutritious stuff I tell you! The only food that has complete Fatty Acids and Amino Acids! Just a super food. In this country by law they have to be heat sterilized at 220-250 degrees for 10-15 minutes. They will loose a tad of nutrition during this process but not much at all. They just love the taste and hulling them also! :)
