So we are back from the vet again.  She took another culture and now we wait.  However she thinks his skin and feathers look pretty good.  She took off the smelly yucky collar, cleaned it and him up and put it back on for another 2 weeks.  She feels that he is probably depressed and that is why he is not acting himself.  He gained weight so we think that is because he is not playing.

 

Here is a pic of my guy when he came to find me in the bathroom.  One of his favorite preening spots is on the top of the bathroom door.
